What is pearl sugar?
It consists of small, round sugar crystals that don't dissolve easily when exposed to heat, making them ideal for adding a delightful crunch and sweetness to baked goods. As the waffles cook, the pearl sugar melts and caramelizes, creating pockets of sweet, crispy bits throughout the waffle. This characteristic feature is one of the defining elements of Liege waffles and contributes to their distinctive taste and texture.

$50 per batch. We guarantee 60 small or 30 original size waffles. (GF 30 small or 15 regular)
